zk555 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use zk555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to satisfy any of these criteria constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering for commercial or professional gambling purposes unless explicitly agreed with zk555 in writing.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on zk555. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zk555 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and withhold any pending withdrawals. Players who identify that they have accidentally created a duplicate account must notify [email protected] immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zk555 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. You should notify zk555 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) from your account settings for additional security.
• Log out of your account whenever you are not actively using the platform, especially on shared devices.

zk555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the point of withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required under applicable regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used (for example, confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account is registered in the Player's name). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of the account and the temporary withholding of funds pending verification.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting zk555 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their applicable outcomes. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. zk555 may also close accounts at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.

zk555 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded (minus any applicable processing fees) upon identification. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by zk555, though your mobile wallet provider's own transaction limits may apply.
• Deposits are credited to your zk555 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. zk555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• zk555 reserves the right to request evidence of payment where a deposit is reported as missing or disputed.

Withdrawals from zk555 are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. The following withdrawal conditions apply to all accounts:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. zk555 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your mobile wallet provider may deduct standard transfer fees.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active compliance review on the account.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 4) before they may be withdrawn as real money. Only real-money balances (excluding locked bonus funds) are eligible for immediate withdrawal.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and any other promotional credits offered by zk555 are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the individual offer is presented. It is the Player's responsibility to read all applicable terms before accepting a promotional offer.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited).
• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on eligible games. Certain high-RTP games or game categories may be excluded from wagering contribution or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.

Any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-variance gameplay intended solely to clear wagering requirements, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated play between multiple accounts — is classified as bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, zk555 reserves the right to void the associated bonus balance, remove any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account. This includes cases where such strategies are carried out through a third party or automated tool.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zk555 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or apparent technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or engage in any form of coordinated dishonest play.

All game outcomes on zk555 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer equipment operated under independent regulatory oversight. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Player must contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. zk555 will review the game logs and server records, which constitute the definitive record of all game activity. The Company's determination following such a review is final, subject only to any applicable consumer dispute resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

zk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of zk555 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any specific bonus terms communicated to you and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and zk555 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
